About The Position

GCG Automation & Automation Factory Solutions is currently seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. This role involves shipping orders via UPS and FedEx, receiving incoming orders, performing put away tasks, and cross-training in other departments. The position is located at 2119 Austin Ave, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $23.50 per hour, and full benefits are offered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Computer literacy required
• At least 2 years in a shipping / receiving role required
• Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience a plus
• Experience using FedEx/UPS Shipping systems a plus
• Experience in picking, inventory, and other warehouse departments a plus

Responsibilities

• Ship out orders via UPS and FedEx ensuring shipping details are correct
• Receive incoming orders and do put away
• Pick orders using RF scanners and forklifts
• Count, box, and label orders for shipment
• Palletize and wrap orders
• Perform additional duties as required
