About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Associate prepares, processes, and documents shipments and ensures incoming materials are accurately received, recorded, and distributed throughout the facility. The role supports accurate inventory and product movement, timely fulfillment of work orders, and safe loading and unloading. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime hours on Friday or Saturday during peak business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with computer systems and willingness to learn.
• Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained.
• Commitment to accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify their accuracy, and enter materials into the inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate movement of products into and out of the building.
• Track physical and system-recorded in-house product movements accurately.
• Pull parts for work orders in a timely manner.
• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Enter data for internally manufactured parts, stock inventory, and production work orders.
• Review shipping, receiving, and inventory records for accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
