We are actively seeking to hire highly skilled professionals to meet our growing demand and join our expanding team(s). We currently have an opening for Shipping & Receiving Associate in our Vanguard Electronics facility, located in Huntington Beach, California. This role independently performs shipping and receiving activities and supports inventory accuracy and documentation. The Shipping & Receiving Associate II works with limited supervision and assists with training, inventory activities, and resolution of shipping or receiving discrepancies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of shipping and receiving experience
- ERP and shipping system experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Independently prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders
- Receive materials, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
- Generate and review shipping documentation and carrier paperwork
- Support inventory transactions and cycle counts
- Assist with training Associate I or backup employees
- Maintain compliance with shipping, safety, and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Use basic electrical test equipment
- Collect and analyze data to support validation.
