The Farmington Hills, MI site was established in 2005. Our 50,000 square foot facility employs approximately 150 team members. Our site focuses primarily on plasma spray coating (HA, TPS) in the spine and large joint for orthopedic implants that enable a longer, active life. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in packaging (Preferred)
  • Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Systems Regulation (QSR), and ISO standards (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Execute processes to receive, inspect, store, or ship materials, ensuring adherence to established timelines and accuracy standards
  • Support inventory management by performing accurate system transactions, including logging shipments and receipts, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Handle materials in compliance with applicable medical device regulations, quality standards, and internal operating procedures, ensuring traceability and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality, and procurement, to align shipping/receiving activities with operational needs and priorities
  • Perform weekly housekeeping per 6S schedule.
  • May move parts to and from finished goods.
