About The Position
As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you are responsible for shipping and receiving duties company wide. In this role you will work closely with internal personnel and shipping companies to ensure a smooth shipping and receiving process. Maintaining professional communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors is essential. This position is part time with a shift Monday - Friday of either 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm. Please do not apply if you are looking for a full time job or need other hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year shipping and receiving experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly driven, motivated self-starter, and independent worker
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge with FedEx Ship Manager
- Salesforce experience
Responsibilities
- Pull, package, and ship orders
- Work with customs broker to clear international shipments
- Track lost packages
- Order shipping supplies
- Receive incoming shipments
- Schedule pick-ups with customers
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
- Handle general warehouse duties outlined by management
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
- Data entry in company CRM as needed
- Primary contact for wholesale events
