Shipping & Receiving Associate (Administrative Assistant)
About The Position
Our warehouse is bustling with orders, and we need your help! Nor-Cal Controls provides engineering services for utility-scale renewable energy power plants, and we are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our stellar team! As the Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for administrative duties including documentation, inventory record-keeping, and internal/external communications. You will also be handling both incoming and outgoing produce shipments. This is a full-time, onsite position in our warehouse with a starting salary of $21 per hour.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs., be mobile in a warehouse environment
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities
- Perform the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our shipping and receiving procedures.

- Handling both incoming and outgoing produce shipments.
