About The Position

Artbeat Studios, a division of Ultimate Image Printing, is looking for a reliable and hands-on Shipping & Production Associate to support various departments in day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role that involves assisting in shipping and packaging, woodshop support, material pick-ups and deliveries, and helping with print finishing tasks. Requirements

• Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and utility knives.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and efficiently organizing items within the warehouse to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be an effective listener.
• Demonstrates and understands personal responsibility and accountability.
• Has the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and effectively apply to one's work.
• Must remain accessible and professional in high-pressure situations.

• Can lift 25 pounds and awkward sizes.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing shipments, including boxing, labeling, and organizing outbound packages.
• Build custom boxes or wooden crates for specialty shipments when required.
• Support the woodshop team in material handling, light fabrication tasks, and workspace upkeep.
• Pick up and drop off supplies, materials, or completed jobs using the company vehicle.
• Assist in print finishing tasks such as mounting, cutting, and assembling final printed materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and production areas.
• Help track and restock inventory of shipping and packaging supplies.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure timely job completion.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures in all areas of work.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and provide general support across departments as needed.
