About The Position
Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by moving and staging raw materials, semi-finished parts, and packaging supplies across the plant using forklifts or overhead cranes. Training will be completed on 1st shift working 7:30 am - 4:00 pm M-F for 2-3 weeks.

Responsibilities
- Assist with packaging, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
- Transport semi-finished parts and customer-specific racks, totes, and pallets.
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Maintain clean work areas and report equipment defects.
