About The Position

Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Shipping Material Handler to ensure our high-quality ergonomic products reach customers accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining organized inventory records and ensuring the safe and timely shipment of finished products. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with experience in shipping and inventory management, thriving in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of experience in receiving and inventory control in a warehouse environment.
Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps, ERP systems).
Forklift (PIT Equipment) experience.
Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Pick, package, and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counts and ERP system transactions.
Operate forklifts and assist in loading/unloading freight safely.
Generate shipping labels/documents and verify completeness of orders.
Uphold safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse.
Collaborate with production teams to meet shipping deadlines.
