About The Position

Managed end-to-end shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, overseeing domestic and international logistics, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and team performance. Coordinated cross-functional departments to ensure on-time deliveries, optimized shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and maintained accurate documentation using SAP and warehouse management systems.

Requirements

Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier operations, freight coordination, and international shipping procedures.
Ability to coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and customer service departments.
Strong understanding of warehouse shipping procedures and regulatory compliance.
Ability to analyze shipping metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience with inventory management systems, SAP software, and shipping documentation.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and shipping software.
Strong communication skills and ability to train, motivate, and manage team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
