This role will focus on the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments. The position will be responsible for all paperwork related to shipments and maintaining order and shipment status.

Requirements

High School or Equivalent
Organization, punctuality, self- starter, computer skills, good verbal and written communication, able to multi-task
DOT Certification Required

Responsibilities

Work with Customer Service and/or customer to update or reschedule late or missed shipments.
Email paperwork to customers once complete
Prepare/print paperwork for the next day (Friday prepare paperwork for Sat-Mon)
Audit Traffic paperwork for accuracy, completeness and GMP; daily (M-F)
Weigh in/Weigh out trucks/ISO’s
Issue shipping paperwork, including COAs, to drivers
Maintain the inventory and ordering of placards and self-adhesive stickers
Update rejected loads into PM Operations
Track and update demurrage records
Ensure proper DOT regulations are being applied to each shipment
Help with training loaders
Verify inventory and tank space availability (PA)
Track scheduling charges and logistics fees (PA)
Assist in other administrative duties as directed by the facility management team
