About The Position

The Shipping Lister – C Shift position at JBS USA is responsible for accurate case scaling, palletizing, order fulfillment, and the safe operation of shipping equipment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports rework activities, and maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
• Ability to pass Prove It test
• Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs
• Valid forklift/pallet jack license or ability to obtain
• Ability to work in cold environments
• Ability to learn new procedures (barcode scanner, stacking grids, equipment)
• Familiarity with computer systems
• Excellent attendance required

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform basic maintenance on auto scale and reweigh station
• Stack 45–50 lb boxes repeatedly by product code
• Assist with rework and case repair
• Submit daily scale adjustment reports
• Maintain sanitation of work area
• Safely operate forklift and pallet jack
• Load trucks by hand or equipment (up to 50 lbs per case)
• Accurately fill customer orders using Telxon
• Report shipping issues to Supervisor or Lead
