About The Position

The primary function of the Shipping Loader C is to receive and ship raw and processed materials to and from the facility.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction.

Responsible for maintaining Raw Inventory and packaging.
Assisting and providing all inventory counts.
Responsible for putting up stock into appropriate locations.
Using the computer system, maintains inventory, general pick lists, etc.
Prepare products for shipping which may include wrapping and labeling.
Responsible for pulling stock from appropriate locations.
Maintains all applicable documentation.
Abides by all Company policies including, but not limited to, Safety, Environmental, and Plant rules: practices good housekeeping at all times.
Performs other duties as required to support the mission of the department and plant.
