About The Position

This role requires the ability to perform all jobs within the production area, assist with training new hires, and conduct freezer and cooler inventories. The position also involves obtaining a hand jack or forklift license and demonstrating a willingness to work on any line in the plant. Other relevant duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated practice of skills in leadership, communication, flexibility, and resolution of day to day problems associated with production line workforce.
• Excellent demonstrated record of Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety and Health Issues, and adhering to any/all company policies and practices.
• Read, write simple addition and subtraction.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift license
