Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in inventory management is preferred.
  • Previous experience operating a powered industrial truck and/or forklift.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
  • Must be able to become certified on operating equipment including powered industrial trucks and forklift.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must be able to problem solve and perform basic math.
  • Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Must have computer experience.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including cold temperatures.
  • Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
  • Must practice good personal hygiene.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
  • Process purchase orders as required.
  • Track orders and investigate discrepancies and issues.
  • Perform physical counts of inventory to maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports.
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver goods, restock items as necessary and label shelves as necessary.
  • May lead, guide and train others.
  • Participate in the recruitment of volunteers as appropriate to the area of operation.
  • Work on the production floor and operate equipment to move product, supplies, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
