About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Shipping & Inventory Control Associate to support finished goods inventory, ensure shipping accuracy, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Shipping, inventory control, or warehouse experience required
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods
• Stage, verify, and prepare orders for shipment
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and meet deadlines
• Track and update inventory records with a high level of accuracy
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain organization and efficiency within the shipping area
• Collaborate with production to ensure product availability and accuracy
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
