About The Position
Imperial Dade is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for their Decatur, IL location. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory within the warehouse by performing physical counts of merchandise, supplies, and products. The position operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. This is an opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to its success.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 1-year experience with Cherry Picker/Order Picker with heights up to 20 feet
- Experience with the operation of warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance
Nice To Haves
- Experience in receiving is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform inventory tasks within the warehouse by physically counting merchandise, supplies, products, etc.
- Support basic logistics procedures
- Track stock movements and system transactions
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
- Control inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts
