About The Position

As a Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist, you are the final "quality gatekeeper." You aren't just moving boxes; you are ensuring that the precision-engineered tools our customers rely on are verified, protected, and documented perfectly before they hit the road.

Requirements

• Ability to distinguish between highly similar technical parts and a commitment to "zero-error" shipping.
• A solid, consistent work history that demonstrates long-term commitment.
• Proficiency with computers, scanning equipment, and database entry.
• Ability to stand/walk move boxes for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must provide an updated resume and be able to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick and audit high-precision tools, meticulously matching part numbers and geometries to customer orders.
• Securely package delicate carbide and steel tools using specialized materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Operate shipping software (UPS, FedEx, and internal ERP systems) to generate labels and coordinate domestic/international shipments.
• Maintain an organized warehouse environment and assist with routine stock counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Keep up with packages and shipping as this can be fast paced and detailed.
