About The Position

Green Circle Growers Inc. is seeking a Shipping Dock worker for their Oberlin, OH location. This is a mid-shift position with hours typically from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, though work hours may vary. The role involves manual loading and unloading of trucks, verifying orders for discrepancies, and identifying corrective actions. Strong communication skills in English are required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have 3 months of nursery/manufacturing experience.
• Able to work at a fast pace, with long periods of standing and bending or sitting.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to read/speak English with good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience in shipping or receiving is a plus.
• Driving a tow motor is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload trucks manually or with equipment.
• Work independently to verify orders.
• Identify corrective action for any order discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
