About The Position

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator - 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The rate for this position is $24.06 per hour along with a $.50/hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Requirements

Must have a High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
Previous experience using computers and/or warehouse systems to complete daily work tasks.
Previous experience operating Power Industrial Equipment (i.e. stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, crane, combi-lift, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Previous Shipping and Receiving experience.
Experience driving mobile equipment.
Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, or distribution experience.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team enviornment.
Proficiently use computers and scanners in daily work.

Responsibilities

Operate mobile equipment to move, store, and distribute materials within the warehouse.
Use RF scanners, computer systems, and basic math skills to track, verify, and process inventory.
Safely operate stand-up forklifts or other material handling equipment as required.
