About The Position

Join our team as a Shipping Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from our facility to customers. You’ll be at the center of daily operations—solving problems, improving processes, and helping ensure shipments go out accurately and on time. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with WMS or other manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, MPS)
• Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and contribute to process improvements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments using WMS, including order picking, carrier check-in, dock assignment, and order verification
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely loading and resolve scheduling changes
• Assign and support forklift crews with loading, staging, and outbound order tasks
• Track shipping performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous process improvements
