Shipping is a key part of our business. Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, a Shipping Coordinator is responsible for preparing orders for shipment and assisting with picking orders as needed. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in shipping.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
3 months manufacturing experience required.
Basic math and communication skills.
Physical ability to do repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to obtain lift truck certification.

Nice To Haves

Six months shipping experience preferred.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail in working from shipping orders, parts, etc.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the staging process utilizing RF process and performing variance checks.
Utilize the Package Level Detail system to verify items and quantities against orders.
Perform packing tasks assigned by Supervisor, i.e. repack main LTL packaging, rod packing and SDQ processing.
Read orders for packing information, special instructions and pack accordingly.
