About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Shipping Coordinator to oversee shipping operations, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer service. Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years Experience in Shipping, Dispatch, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Coordinator.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Experience with Dispatch, Fleet Coordinator, Route Planner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create and manage shipping documentation
- Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
- Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
- Communicate order and delivery status to internal teams and customers
- Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
