About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team and help ensure our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments using couriers, LTL carriers, and other transportation methods.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, delivery manifests, and customs paperwork.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm details, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Address and resolve shipping problems such as delays, damages, or shortages.
- Plan and evaluate shipping methods to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
