Requirements
- Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of shipping functions.
- Ensure that shipments are delivered per documented customer requirements.
- Maintain and improve procedures to continuously improve the shipping process.
- Work with carriers and customers simultaneously to ensure customer delivery satisfaction.
- Verify customer delivery requirements by communicating directly with the customers’ purchasing departments.
