About The Position
Harvey Performance Company is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The position is located in a newly renovated facility in Meridian, ID, offering a pleasant work environment and proximity to Boise's outdoor recreation.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Flexible team player mentality, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a shipping/fulfillment warehouse environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and document finished goods into the shipping warehouse.
- Provide and verify accurate information for daily cycle counts.
- Process transactions in computer software and fulfill finished materials to customer orders.
- Package goods in preparation for shipping, including custom labeling, and check orders for accuracy against packing list.
- Ship orders through UPS, FedEx, and USPS integrated systems.
- Operate a pallet jack.
- Embody flexibility to fill in for others and take additional responsibilities.
- Follow all safety codes and adhere to all department processes and policies.
