Our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring products move safely, accurately, and on time to customers around the world. We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at our Euclid, Ohio facility. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing domestic and international shipping documentation, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations. The Shipping Coordinator works closely with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Accounting, and transportation providers to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Commitment to teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preparing domestic and international shipping documentation preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory transactions preferred
  • HazMat shipping knowledge or certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time customer deliveries
  • Prepare and maintain domestic and international shipping documentation, including export paperwork and transportation records
  • Receive inbound materials, service shipments, and transfer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Evaluate customer orders for shipment readiness and coordinate pickups with carriers and freight providers
  • Support warehouse operations through packing, loading, unloading, and work-in-process (WIP) activities as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, export regulations, and record retention requirements
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Accounting to support efficient product flow
  • Assist with inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping performance
