This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping and receiving experience who is looking to grow within the company and take on a key role in our warehouse operations.

Requirements

At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience
Forklift experience preferred
Familiarity with inventory control or warehouse management systems (SAP a plus)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Verify shipments against bills of lading and ensure proper preparation for shipping
Coordinate materials flow in the shipping/receiving area
Label packages and pallets accurately
Receive and validate incoming shipments using SAP
Stage and organize current and next-day shipments
Schedule and coordinate outbound truck pickups
Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments
Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
Provide backup support to the Shipping Lead as needed
