About The Position

As a Shipping Clerk at Fenix Parts, you will support logistics operations by ensuring automotive parts are processed and shipped promptly and meet customer satisfaction and company quality standards. The role includes handling small-package shipping and receiving through third-party carriers, entering shipping information into the YMS system, staging parts for Fenix delivery trucks, and completing general warehouse work. Safe forklift operation and maintaining a clean, debris-free workspace are also required. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping or warehouse roles.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move or lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift operation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving of small packages through third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Inspect parts before shipment to ensure they meet Fenix quality standards.
• Accurately enter shipping information into the YMS system.
• Organize and prepare parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks.
• Perform general warehouse duties in addition to shipping tasks.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace free of debris.
