About The Position

R&L Spring is looking for a reliable Shipping Clerk to join our team on 1st shift. In this role, you will prepare finished products for shipment while ensuring orders are packaged, labeled, and processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience (including stand-up forklift) preferred
• Manufacturing or shipping experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Count, pack, and label parts according to customer specifications
• Verify products are packaged and labeled correctly before shipment
• Locate parts in the shipping area or on the production floor as needed
• Process parts for shipment to customers, outside services, or inventory
• Use scanners and basic computer systems to track orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
