Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics setting.
• Good vision and manual dexterity are needed to handle tools, labels, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely and accurate shipment of all customer orders.
• Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring orders are complete and properly labeled.
• Palletize and arrange products on skids according to customer requirements.
• Create and manage shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Customs paperwork, and Packing Slips.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries by communicating with carriers.
• Collect completed products from production lines and bring them to Shipping for assembly and dispatch.
• Maintain flexibility with end times as needed to accommodate late trucks or ensure all shipments are ready for departure.
• Work occasional overtime, which may occur before 9:00 AM or on Saturdays, depending on operational needs.
