About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for handling parts throughout the shipping and inventory process, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality in every step. The Shipping Clerk will work with a variety of equipment, prepare and package parts, and occasionally deliver products to customers.

Requirements

• Proven ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in part counts and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and precision.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred, or willingness to be trained).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for occasional deliveries).

Responsibilities

• Accurately place incoming parts into inventory following established procedures.
• Move parts safely and efficiently using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Load and unload vans using forklifts and proper material handling techniques.
• Occasionally deliver parts directly to customers and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
• Generate and process purchase orders for outside service providers.
• Maintain high standards of packaging, labeling, and presentation of parts.
• Complete paperwork and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
