About The Position
The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for but not limited to overseeing day-to-day operations within the shipping department, managing the packaging and delivery of healthcare products, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of shipping tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills; meticulous attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating a pallet jack

Responsibilities
- Print shipping labels and package prescriptions with precision and speed
- Maintain a steady supply of essential shipping materials such as envelopes, labels, and ice packs
- Prepare ice packs by freezing them in advance for safe transit of pharmaceutical products
- Manage the loading and unloading of pallets safely and efficiently
- Crimp vials to secure closures and safeguard contents
- Assemble syringes and swabs in ziplock bags according to prescribed guidelines
- Assist in waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in the shipping area
