The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for managing the shipment of inventory from a secured area to the production floor. They will perform work under direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor. This position is based out of our Macon, GA plant.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of Chem-Aqua's equipment product offering and assembly process is required
Must have physical strength and ability to lift up to 40 pounds and carry such a weight for 100 feet.
Must have good visual ability for close-up observations
Must have good depth perception and ability to distinguish different colors.
Must have hearing sufficient to hear verbal and audible signals at a moderate distance.
Must be conditioned to sustain work in a manufacturing environment that ranges in temperature from 55oF to 95oF.
High School or equivalent
Must have a valid Georgia State Driver’s License.
Must be able to operate a forklift.
Must have writing ability sufficient to write correspondence.
Must have good communication skills to work cooperatively with company employees.
Employees are required upon hire to pass a physical and drug test.
