Requirements

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer needs.
Must have excellent business professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or GED; plus, one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Experience with JD Edwards and Red Prairie WMS a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare sales orders for shipment to customer.
Verify customer orders and validate order to information in Red Prairie and JD Edwards.
Maintains record for all inbound loads.
Prepare invoices and documents for bill of lading.
Confirm truck gross weight before trailer gets loaded ensuring driver is aware of possible overweight.
Confer or correspond with establishing representatives with any issues such as shortages, damages, or weight issues.
Other duties as assigned
