About The Position

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for billing fresh, chill pack, and frozen products and performing other duties as required. Occasional overtime may be required. The position is based at Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation’s Broadway Complex in Broadway, Virginia, and is scheduled for the third shift. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of cold storage procedures is helpful.
• Able to read and write legibly.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent work and attendance record.
• Work well with management, USDA, and sales; be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Obtain a jack license.
