Requirements

  • Ability to lift or move 50 lbs. objects.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, processing, and documenting outgoing materials according to Biomerics standards.
  • Operate equipment such as weight scales, degreasing tanks, and ovens.
  • Use pallet jacks to transport goods within the shipping department.
  • Ensure shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
  • Prepare products and paperwork for shipment.
  • Check incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
  • Receive, ship, and move raw material, finished goods and sterilized products in an ERP system.
  • Stage raw material into FIFO and designated locations.
  • Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
  • Suggest improvements and solutions to current processes and procedures.
  • Complete assigned training and tasks.
  • Understand the importance of safety in the workplace.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisors.
