Shipping Clerk - 2nd Shift
About The Position
This role is responsible for operating a pack mule to fulfill orders, picking single ground freight orders and commercial LTL freights, and pulling transfer orders for shipping to other SATV warehouses. The ideal candidate will understand efficient pick routes to eliminate wasted time and increase speed to the customer. Responsibilities also include pulling product from the warehouse for quality checks, scanning correct products for orders efficiently, and sorting orders from the printer by carrier to maximize warehouse efficiency. Additionally, the role involves using a forklift, stand-up lift, and tug router for inventory replenishment, loading/unloading truck shipments, and requires flexibility, cross-training, and adaptability to change.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up-to 70lbs.
- Skills and abilities consistent with a high school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a shipping department is preferred.
Responsibilities
