About The Position

99 Ranch Market Warehouse is hiring a Shipping Clerk to assist with loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring goods move efficiently and accurately. The clerk works closely with warehouse staff and the logistics team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet shipping deadlines. The role calls for physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time at 2931 Faber St, Union City, CA 94587. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed. The pay range is $18–$20 per hour; actual compensation may depend on factors such as responsibilities, education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Requirements

One year of warehouse experience is preferred.
Ability to operate an electric pallet jack or standing forklift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks and trailers.
Ensure transports are prepared in a timely manner.
Consolidate merchandise for the same customer order from different small-bulk pallets when needed.
Follow safety codes and conduct requirements.
Keep the loading dock and surrounding area clean.
Take photos of inbound and outbound shipments for record-keeping.
Communicate effectively with other parties by email and phone.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
