The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for running pick/pull/pack reports from the ERP system (AS400), making shipping boxes, verifying part numbers, obtaining signed shipping documents, packing and sealing boxes, preparing for logistics, and making shipping labels. This role also involves driving company vehicles for parts delivery, vendor deliveries, and pickups. The clerk will pick, pack, palletize, and stretch wrap customer orders, create shipping documents, arrange freight truck pickups, invoice customer orders, and provide material handling for manufacturing. Additionally, the role includes weighing and documenting product shipping to and returning from vendors, opening and maintaining purchase orders and work orders, data entry for production, supplying assembly with customer box labels, receiving and checking in vendor product against pack lists, loading and unloading trucks, receiving incoming raw materials and supplies, examining incoming materials for accuracy and completeness, disassembling containers, counting, examining, and weighing incoming materials, filling out reports for shortages and damaged materials, maintaining records of received materials, and moving goods to their destinations or storage. The position requires the ability to count, examine, weigh, and check incoming materials and supplies for damage and completeness against shipping documents.
