Requirements

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using shipping systems and generating shipping labels.
Able to work collaboratively to balance workload and achieve results.
Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve shipping issues.
Committed to accuracy and timeliness in shipping processes.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in shipping or logistics.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
Knowledge of shipping methods and best practices.

Responsibilities

Consolidates required parts, assemblies, forms, manuals, and related materials for each addressee according to instructions or sales orders.
Packs materials in envelopes, boxes, or other appropriate containers.
Generates shipping labels using system-maintained customer information.
Stamps, writes, and addresses packaged materials as required.
Forwards packages through mail, messenger, or other shipment methods based on customer preferences.
Maintains accurate shipping records.
Analyzes and resolves shipping questions or issues in a timely manner.
Balances workload assignments to ensure timely and accurate shipping results.
