About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian for their practice in Sandy, UT. This role offers a unique W-2 employment model designed to provide stability, support, and control to veterinary careers. Veterinarians work 4-5 days per week, with schedules built in advance by a dedicated coordinator based on the veterinarian's preferences. The position emphasizes practicing great medicine without sacrificing work-life balance, offering a guaranteed salary, benefits, and the option to earn more through additional shifts. Doctors practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Nice To Haves

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
• Internship training.

Responsibilities
