This position is responsible for organizing shipping processes by coordinating and monitoring trailer movement, supporting shipping documentation, and ensuring freight is loaded onto trailers. Requirements
- 6 months experience with Walmart Logistics, including clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- OR 1 year experience creating files, documents (e.g., emails, letters), spreadsheets, and datasets using computer applications (e.g., MS-Word, Excel)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Organize shipping processes by coordinating and monitoring trailer movement (e.g., in the yard, dedicated carriers) and assisting leadership with ensuring effective dock and trailer utilization.
- Support shipping process documentation by completing paperwork for pick up and delivery of shipments and verifying shipping paperwork and issue seals for trailers.
- Ensure freight is loaded onto trailers by moving freight manually or with powered equipment.
