About The Position

The Shipping Clerk I supports warehouse and shipping functions to execute order fulfillment activities as directed by the Distribution and Warehousing Manager. The role also assists with inventory control and tracking, including cycle counts, material movement tracking, and physical inventory verification. The position is classified as non-exempt and indirect, and is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education credentials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process daily shipments.
• Support the management of hazardous-material shipping.
• Support finished-goods inventory management and reporting, including periodic cycle counts and annual physical inventory, as directed by the Shipping Supervisor.
• Perform duties in compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required to support warehouse and shipping operations at EOTECH, as directed by the Distribution and Warehousing Manager.
