Requirements

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
Minimum 1 year of experience working with computers/data entry
Ability to read, write and speak English

Nice To Haves

Experience with the administration of shipping execution
Microsoft Office (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
SAP Logistics execution experience
Experience with transportation company driver interaction
1 year of Forklift experience

Responsibilities

Receive and dispatch drivers
Perform various SAP functions and utilize MS Office and other systems
Provide general clerical support to department
Perform varied administrative/clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures including compiling and arranging data, marking standard computations, processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files
Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping
Occasionally may be back-up for Forklift Drivers (will be Forklift Certified) and should have 1 year of Forklift experience
