About The Position

Lynco Products, a full-service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive, and consumer goods products, is seeking several full-time Shipping Associates to join their growing team in Milan, Illinois. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, fast-paced, and organized. This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with overtime as needed. The base pay is $19 per hour, which includes a $1.50 per hour shift differential on top of the $17.50 base hourly rate.

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit orders.
• Process and audit company returns.
• Label product to fit customer needs.
• Pack products to be shipped.
• Ship orders to designated customer locations.
• Inspect product to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
