About The Position

Lynco Products, a full-service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive, and consumer goods products, is expanding its team in Milan, Illinois. We are seeking several detail-oriented, fast-paced, and organized individuals to join our growing company as full-time Shipping Associates. This position offers a base pay of $19/hour, which includes a $1.50/hour shift differential for the 2nd shift. The 2nd shift operates Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit orders.
• Process and audit company returns.
• Label product to fit customer needs.
• Pack products to be shipped.
• Ship orders to designated customer locations.
• Inspect product to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
