The Shipping Associate is responsible for the expedient and accurate handling of outgoing customer shipments. Attention to detail, ability to work within a team, strong communication skills, and easily adapts to change. Responsibilities

Review IRIS (Inventory Tracking System)
Work with other shipping associates to prioritize the daily work
Confirm materials with packing slips and ensure secure shipments
Ensure correct inventory is picked
Escalate shipping issues as needed
Use digital printers and pallet jacks
Maintain clean and safe shipping stations and inventory aisles
Complete post shift cleanup duties
Assist other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned
Possesses an intermediate level of technical proficiency to utilize internal and external software tools for prioritizing shipments, ensuring efficient workflow and on time shipments
Adhere strictly to processes and review digital job tickets with attention for detail, ensuring quality products, high accuracy, and low spoilage
Operate and maintain equipment, including digital printers and pallet jacks, safely and effectively while managing a high volume of work
Ability to work a full-time schedule 40 hour work week
Perform physical tasks required for the shipping position, including standing for 8–10-hour shifts, lifting and transporting objects weighting up-to 40 pounds, and executing a variety of functional movements such as grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, and climbing.
