Shipping Associate
About The Position
Responsible for preparing, packaging, verifying and shipping medical devices in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. This position supports daily operations but ensuring products are handled accurately, safely and on time. This includes maintaining organized work areas, assisting in inventory counts, restocking materials and shipping out product throughout the ERP system. Employees are expected to work collaboratively with team members across operations, customer service, quality and manufacturing to help ensure customer expectations are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull and carry 40 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and shipments
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse and shipping experience preferred
