About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Shipping Associate on the 3rd shift. The role involves filling orders, counting, loading, and unloading product on incoming trailers according to the shipping schedule. It requires the ability to use a hand truck to transport stacked products weighing up to 400 pounds for distances up to 300 feet continuously, and to stoop, bend, and lift product containers weighing 20 pounds from floor level up to 7-1/2 feet. The position also requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, including those related to product safety, legality, and quality.

Requirements

High School or GED.
Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.
Ability to exert the force necessary to use a hand truck to transport stacked products weighing up to 400 pounds a distance of up to 300 feet continuously throughout the day into and out of transport trucks, up and down 30-degree slopes.
Ability to stoop, bend, and lift product containers weighing 20 pounds from floor level up to 7-1/2 feet.

Loads and unloads to appropriate distribution area to ensure that shipping schedules are met.

Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
Fulfills work schedules, adheres to attendance policies, and follows other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
